Ingredients:

250gr of flour
50gr of cocoa powder
4 eggs
300gr of sugar
150gr of fresh cream
50gr of dark chocolate
100gr of butter
1 tsp of baking powder
A few drops of lemon juice
1 orange
1/2 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking:

In a food processor, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes clear.
Add the fresh cream, melted butter, orange zest and juice.
In a water bath soften the chocolate and add it to the preparation in the food processor.
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and the spices then add them to the food processor.
Add a few drops of lemon to the baking powder and mix everything well. Add the mixture to the preparation.
Pour the preparation into a buttered mold and put it in an oven preheated to 180 ° for 45 minutes.
