Salmon with asparagus and parmesan

Ingredients:

400gr of salmon
500gr of asparagus
Juice of one lemon
Zest of a lemon
1 tsp garlic powder or a crushed garlic clove
5 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
50gr of grated Parmesan
Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 210° C (or 410° F)
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, olive oil, Parmesan, and pepper.
Wipe the salmon with a paper towel to remove moisture. Wash and cut the asparagus.
Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of your ceramic dish and add the salmon and asparagus.
Pour mixture from bowl over the salmon and asparagus. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
