Wash the vegetables and then cut into even slices of approximately 0.5 mm using a mandoline slicer or a large knife.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Cover the bottom of an Appolia ceramic oven dish with lasagne sheets and tomato sauce. Add some sliced vegetables, a few slices of mozzarella and then season with the salt and pepper. Repeat the process in layers (lasagne sheets, tomato sauce, vegetables, mozzarella and salt/pepper) until the dish is completely full.
Finish with a final layer of lasagne sheets covered with finely cut tomatoes and some grated Comté cheese if required.
Bake in the oven for one hour. Serve hot, warm or cold !
Top tip : you can obviously add bolognaise sauce to the recipe !
